Accommodation and Registration Process
The university currently does not provide accommodation in its own hostel premises. Accommodation has been arranged in other institutional hostel/guest houses, which are near the WBNUJS campus on sharing basis. The accommodation charge shall also include breakfast, lunch, high tea, dinner during the days of the summer school and transportation from the accommodation to the WBNUJS campus. To participate in the Summer School, interested applicants must complete the Google Form with the necessary details and complete the payment process by May 30, 2025. Applicants must upload:

Note: The documents mentioned above must be in PDF Format and below 10 MB in size. Only completed applications will be accepted via the aforementioned Google form. No applications via post/email or any other method will be accepted. The registration process cannot be completed by making payment alone. The Google Form must also be completed.

Tuition Fees and Accommodation Charges
The tuition fees for the Summer School are INR 20,000 + 18% GST. Since there are limited number of accommodations available, they shall be provided on first-come-first serve basis.
Transportation Costs
Participants will be expected to bear their transport costs. The university does not provide transportation from the accommodation to the WBNUJS campus. Participants are advised to make their own arrangements for transportation.
Required Reading Material
Reading material like scholarly articles, judgements, other necessary documents related to the course shall be distributed or emailed, as directed by the session lecturer. Participants must bear the cost of purchasing these materials on their own.

Non-Indian Applicants
Non-Indian applicants are advised to complete the prerequisite registration by April 30, 2025 to ensure sufficient time for visa processing. They are also required to complete the Google Form with the necessary details and complete the payment process by the deadline.
Language of the Programme
The language of the programme is English. Participants are expected to be proficient in English language. Language proficiency certificate will be required for all foreign participants. The university reserves the right to modify the language of the programme as needed. It is recommended that participants familiarize themselves with English language before applying to the Summer School.
