About the New Counsels

Anne Campbell, a Private Client & Trust specialist, has been promoted to Counsel. With a strong background in private client work, Anne has spent nine years practicing in London and four years in the private client department of a Bermuda law firm. Her expertise includes advising on lifetime and succession planning, wills, trusts, and estate administration, as well as powers of attorney, advance directives, and mental capacity issues. Sarah Lusher, a Corporate specialist, has also been promoted to Counsel. Her practice encompasses all aspects of corporate and commercial law, including cross-border and multi-jurisdictional corporate finance, M&A, re-domestications, partnerships, and insurance law and regulation. She advises both exempted and local companies on various areas, such as restructurings, refinancing, business formation, and corporate governance. Additionally, Sarah frequently advises on regulatory matters, focusing on economic substance, AML/ATF compliance, and licensing and ongoing compliance obligations of regulated entities.

About the New Senior Associates

Satjivan Singh Aujla, a Private Client & Trust specialist, has been promoted to Senior Associate. Having completed his training contract with a leading London law firm, Satj gained exposure to a wide range of private wealth, trust, and tax work. His practice involves the creation and restructuring of trust structures, as well as advising trustees on their duties. Satj is a significant addition to the firm’s Private Client & Trust department. Sophia Collis, a Corporate specialist, has also been promoted to Senior Associate. With a practice that covers all aspects of corporate and commercial law, including capital markets, insurance law and regulation, and finance transactions, Sophia has acted for private and public companies across various industries. Her experience includes advising on investment funds, IPOs, and direct listings. Kathleen McBeath, a Corporate specialist, has been promoted to Senior Associate. Her practice includes all aspects of general corporate and commercial law, including mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, and direct listings. Kathleen regularly advises on matters of insurance law and regulation, including the licensing and ongoing regulatory obligations of all classes of reinsurance companies. Lauren Pereira, a Corporate specialist, has also been promoted to Senior Associate. Currently on secondment in the London office, Lauren’s practice includes all aspects of corporate law, with a particular focus on insurance law and regulation. Her expertise includes advising insurers on licensing and ongoing regulatory matters, as well as corporate reorganisations and corporate financing transactions.
