Directors: William Cooper and Davina Hargun

William Cooper joined Conyers as a pupil in 2014 and qualified as an associate in 2015. His expertise lies in Bermuda corporate law, with a focus on insurance, investment fund and investment business law and regulation.

“We are pleased to announce the promotion of William Cooper to director, who has consistently demonstrated exceptional skills and a strong work ethic throughout his career at Conyers,” said Christian Luthi, chairman and director.

Davina Hargun joined the firm in 2015 and specialises in private client and trust law, advising on international and local trusts, private trust company structures and estate planning.

“Davina Hargun has established herself as a leading expert in private client and trust law, and we are delighted to see her take on this new role,” added Christian Luthi.

Anne Campbell joined Conyers in 2022 and advises on lifetime and succession planning, wills, trusts, and estate administration.

Sarah Lusher’s practice includes corporate and commercial law, with a focus on corporate finance, M&A, and insurance law and regulation.

Senior Associates: Satjivan Aujla, Sophia Collis, Kathleen McBeath, and Lauren Pereira

Satjivan Aujla joined Conyers in 2021 and specialises in trust structures and private wealth disputes.

“We are pleased to see Satjivan Aujla take on this new role, where he can apply his expertise in trust structures and private wealth disputes to further enhance the firm’s capabilities,” said Christian Luthi.

Sophia Collis’s practice covers corporate and commercial law, including capital markets and finance transactions.

“Sophia Collis has demonstrated exceptional skills in corporate and commercial law, and we are confident that she will excel in her new role,” added Christian Luthi.

Kathleen McBeath advises on mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, and insurance law and regulation.

“Kathleen McBeath has a proven track record in mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, and insurance law and regulation, making her an excellent addition to our team,” said Christian Luthi.

Lauren Pereira, presently on secondment in the London office, focuses on corporate law with an emphasis on insurance law and regulation.

“Lauren Pereira has shown great potential in her practice, and we are excited to see her continue to grow and develop as a senior associate,” added Christian Luthi.
