Contact StageCraft
StageCraft is a small, independent, ad-supported site — there is no support team standing by, but a real person reads what comes in to support@enacture.com.
A few things this address is genuinely useful for: a calculator that gave you a result you think is wrong (say which tool — the sightline & riser calculator, rehearsal scheduler, lighting gel calculator, prop budget planner, script runtime timer, or blocking grid generator — and what you entered); a tool you wish existed for your production; an out-of-date fact or broken link in the blog, learn section, or the Stagecraft Heritage Museum; or a bug in how a page looks or behaves on your device.
There’s no fixed response time to promise, and no ticket number or live chat — email is read and handled as it comes in. If a question is really about how to stage a specific scene in your own production, your director, production manager, or a working lighting or set designer will have a more useful answer than this site can give; StageCraft’s tools produce general estimates, not production-specific consulting, and the site isn’t affiliated with any theatre company or licensing house.
Before writing in about a tool result, it can help to double-check the numbers you entered — a row distance, a Kelvin value, or a page count in the wrong field is the most common source of a surprising answer. If it still looks wrong after that, that’s exactly the kind of message worth sending.
